Junior KG Admission for AY 2025 – 2026 (SSC Board)
  1. Junior KG Admission to Holy Cross KG section begins online from Wednesday, 1st January 2025 to Friday, 31stJanuary 2025The admission process is entirely managed by the School Management of Holy Cross High School.

The forms will be available online for candidates who qualify the eligible age and other criteria for the academic year 2025 - 26. The age criteria for applications for Junior KG this year is those born between 1st July 2020 to 31st December 2021.
  1. The filling of the form can be done only on a laptop or desktop computer and NOTon a mobile device.There are 2 parts to the form - Pre-registration & Personal information. Kindly fill in both the parts to successfully submit the form. The PDF copy of the form will be sent on the Registered Email ID and the same will be asked to present at the time of document verification.
 
  1. The following documents must be kept ready in jpeg format only(100 KB each) to upload, once your application is processed and you receive the login details.
     (a) Municipal Birth Certificate (in English only) 
     (b) Baptism Certificate for Catholics / Christian candidates
     (c) Aadhaar Card of both parents (father & mother)
     (d) Aadhaar Card of candidate (no enrollment certificate will be accepted)
     (e) Address proof (Any 1) - Ration card, Electricity bill, Telephone bill, Passport
     (f) Caste Certificate of the candidate (if any)
     (g) Candidate’s Passport size photograph
     (h) Family photograph Postcard size (6 x 4)
    (i) Siblings calendar Screenshot – 1st page (if sibling is studying in Holy Cross High School)
  1. Parents are requested to read all the requirements and rules well in advance and abide by them during the application process.
 
  1. The school does not authorize anyone on its behalf to approach parents regarding any admission related matters. Please be warned of unscrupulous elements who may take undue advantage.
 
  1. The entire process from data collection, attachment of documents to payment for registration will be online and parents must take care not to approach anyone with their personal documents and password. The school will not take any responsibility for the negligence of the parents in filling and uploading documents. Parents are requested to make a note of the password and the form number and not share the password with anyone.
 
  1. The SMS from the school will be addressed to only those mobile numbers provided in the form. Any rejection or blocking / DND of the SMS from the school number will be the responsibility of the parent.
 
  1. Parents are requested to open an email ID or use an existing email ID and keep track of the updates from the school which will be sent on email.
 
  1. The form clearly states that the right to grant admission remains with the school authorities and the school does not permit anyone to interfere with its admission process. 
 
  1. Updates regarding admission will be put up on the school website for the benefit of all the parents and will also be sent via email. Parents' entry to the school for admission related queries is restricted only to those parents who have been called by the school.
