1. The forms will be available online for candidates who qualify the eligible age and other criteria for the academic year 2024 - 25. The age criteria for applications for Nursery is those born between 1st July 2020 to 31st December 2021 and for Junior KG is those born between 1st July 2019 to 31st December 2020 and for Senior KG is those born between 1st July 2018 to 31st December 2019. The filling of the form can be done only on a laptop or desktop computer and NOTon a mobile device.
2. The following documents must be kept ready in jpeg format only(100KB each) to upload, once your application is processed and you receive the login details.
(a) Municipal Birth Certificate
(b) Baptism Certificate for Catholics / Christian candidates
(c) Masked Aadhar Card of both parents
(d) Masked Aadhar Card of candidate
(e) Address proof (Any 1) - Ration card, Electricity bill, Telephone bill, Passport
(f) Proof of Income
(g) Caste Certificate of the candidate (if any)
(h) Candidate’s Passport size photograph
(i) Family photograph Postcard size (6*4)
3. Parents are requested to read all the requirements and rules well in advance and abide by them during the application process.
4. The school does not authorize anyone on its behalf to approach parents regarding any admission related matters. Please be warned of unscrupulous elements who may take advantage.
5. The entire process from data collection, attachment of documents to payment for registration will be online and parents must take care not to approach anyone with their personal documents and password. The school will not take any responsibility for the negligence of the parents in filling and uploading documents. Parents are requested to make a note of the password and the form number and not share the password with anyone.
6. The SMS from the school will be addressed to only those mobile numbers provided in the form. Any rejection or blocking / DND of the SMS from the school number will be the responsibility of the parent.
7. Parents are requested to open an email ID or use an existing email ID and keep track of the updates from the school which will be sent on email.
8. The form clearly states that the right to grant admission remains with the school authorities and the school does not permit anyone to interfere with its admission process.
9. Updates regarding admission will be put up on the school website for the benefit of all the parents and will also be sent via email. Parents' entry to the school for admission related queries is restricted only to those parents who have been called by the school.

120 glorious years of this mega institute - Holy Cross High School celebrations began on the offset of the feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross, 14th September 2021.
Due to the current Pandemic situation an online Mass was celebrated by our Principal, Rev.Fr. Norbert Dsouza and co-celebrated by Manager, Rev. Fr. Anselm Gonsalves. The Mass was offered for the intentions of the school, especially remembering the students, staff and benefactors who have passed away during the recent months. This was followed by a short snippet of the school staff proposing a welcome to all Holy Cross Parishioners, Alumni, Teachers & students for the upcoming set of events and festivities on completing a great milestone.
So what are waiting for? Let the celebrations begin !!!

An application addressedto the Principal stating the reason for the duplicate LC and mention the Academic Year you left school, with date of birth and the standard of leaving the school.For women (if married) please mention your maiden name. GR number can beadded to the application. In case you have a photocopy of your past LC then attach it with the application
2. Affidavit
An affidavit on a Rs. 100 court fee stamp Paper for duplicate LC has to be submitted in the office stating that the LC is lost or damaged
3. NOC – No Objection Certificate – If you lose the original LC within one year of its issuance, then a NOC from your local Police station has to be submitted along with other documents mentioned above.
4. Aadhar card copy of the Applicant
5. LC's are given to the applicant only in the event of the applicant being unable to collect the LC, a written application from the candidate with the authority letter to the one collecting it need to be submitted and permission taken from the school to issue such LC's.
6. If checked as per our records, the request is for 3rd duplicate, the copy of the 2nd duplicate has to be produced.
7. Queries for LC's and other documents can be done in person and telephonic conversations will not be considered without a written application.

- An affidavit on a Rs. 100 court fee stamp paper to update the caste which mentions that the caste certificate was not submitted at the time of school admission and hence, the affidavit is for including the caste certificate for the student in the school record. An attested photocopy of the caste certificate needs to be attached for the file record.
- Please note: Only caste certificates for the State of Maharashtra to be submitted as the same is valid in this state. Caste certificates of other states are not valid in the state of Maharashtra.
- In case of a change in Date of birth, you also need to furnish a government Gazette copy (photocopy).
